Richard Croft founded Croft Associates in 2006 having previously enjoyed a successful career as a Director with two of the most prominent names in the Search field – Norman Broadbent and Warren Partners.

Over the course of a career spanning 25 years Richard has completed search projects for some of the largest and most prominent international organisations including Unilever, Trinity Mirror, AstraZeneca, Saint Gobain and United Utilities. In addition he has completed numerous assignments finding market leading talent for some of the UK’s most exciting and rapidly expanding SME’s.

In 2009 Richard broadened his service offering to clients by training in the field of Outplacement. To compliment this career advisory activity he studied for the Association of British Counselling certificate. Many clients have benefitted from the advisory services offered by Croft Associates when reviewing their career options and seeking advice on CV preparation, approaching the recruitment market and establishing a new business.

The Croft Associates service does not finish on the day the candidate starts their new role. We offer a range of on-boarding and coaching services that see new employees through their first 12 months.
